Heat Treatment
Heat treatment consists of a series of controlled heating and cooling processes applied to improve the properties of metals and alloys. This process enhances mechanical properties such as hardness, strength, and tensile resistance, while also improving the microstructure of the material.

Heat Treatment Processes
- Heating (Preheating & Main Heating):
The material is heated to a specific temperature depending on the material type and required hardness, ensuring uniform heat distribution.
- Cooling (Quenching):
The material is rapidly cooled using water, oil, or air to achieve the desired hardness and structural transformation.
- Tempering:
A process applied to reduce brittleness after hardening, where the material is reheated to a controlled temperature and then cooled slowly to achieve the required balance between hardness and toughness.
Hardness Levels: 46–48 HRC and 48–50 HRC
Our molds and components are processed to achieve hardness levels of 46–48 HRC or 48–50 HRC.
This hardness range ensures high wear resistance, excellent durability, and long service life.
The required hardness level is determined based on the application and working conditions, especially for components exposed to high temperature and pressure.
